Shipping Methods and Costs

1.Standard Shipping:
 Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
 Cost: €4,95 (Free for orders over €60)

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  •  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  •  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet our delivery times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
