Thank you for shopping at Bubustore! We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:

Skincare or personal care items that have been opened or used.

Gift cards.

Customized or personalized items (e.g., wedding cards).
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 Partial Refunds or no Refunds Partial refunds or no refundsmay be granted for items that:

3. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at help@bubustore.nl, exchange is free in-store but the shipping fee is for your own cost online . Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same conditions as returns.
4. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage to the external packaging during delivery. If the seal remains intact, the product inside should be unaffected. In the unlikely event that the product itself is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos of the issue and your order details. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
