Bubu Skin Experience Follow up
As part of your Bubu Skin Experience, you are entitled to 2 follow-up checkups to monitor your skin progress and adjust your routine if needed.
Your first follow-up appointment should be booked 6 weeks after your initial visit, and your second follow-up appointment after 3 months. Each follow-up appointment has a duration of 30 minutes.
Please read carefully before booking:
• You are entitled to 2 checkups in total
• Each appointment can be rescheduled once only
• In case of a no-show, a €35 fee will be charged
• If you cancel for the second time, this will count as a used checkup
→ meaning you will lose that session
By booking your follow-up appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stay consistent with your skin progress ♡

In-Store Consultations
Visit us in-store for a professional skin assessment, where we analyze your skin’s condition and provide expert advice on the best products and routines for your needs.
Skin Analysis Appointment
For a skin analysis, you need to book an appointment through our website. A professional skin analysis normally costs €75. However, if you spend €150 or more in-store on the day of your appointment, the skin analysis is completely free. We speak Dutch, English, Korean and Arabic.
Online Consultations
Can’t make it to the store? No problem! Contact us through WhatsApp for a personalized online consultation. You’ll answer a few questions about your skin and share some clear photos so we can recommend the best solutions for you.

Same Day Shipping:
Order before 13:00 and enjoy same day shipping! Ensure your items are on their way to you as quickly as possible by placing your order before
1 hour Pick-Up:
Order between 12:00 - 18:00 pm and come pick up your items at the shop after 1 hours. Convenient and fast!
Returns Policy:
Returns are at your own if you ordered through the website However, returns are free at our shop if you present either an online or physical receipt. Only if the items are still sealed and not damaged.
