What's your return policy?
We can only accept returns for products that are unopened, still sealed, and in undamaged condition. Returns are free when processed in-store, but online returns are at your own expense. For further information please check our refund policy.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday from 12:00 to 19:00, Closed on Tuesday, Wednesday from 11:00 to 19:00 and from Thursday to Sunday from 11:00 till 20:00

How long does shipping take?
We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 3 PM, with delivery typically taking 1-2 business days.
For pick-up orders, place your order by 3 PM, and your package will be ready for collection starting at 4 PM.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected European countries.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the delivery company

How much does a personal skincare consult cost?
We offer free skincare consultations for customers purchasing products.
If you prefer a detailed skin analysis and personalized advice without purchasing, the service is available for €35.
What’s the best way to store skincare products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some items, like certain serums, may benefit from refrigeration.
Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Some ingredients are not safe to use during pregnancy. If you are pregant or trying to get pregnant we recommend you defenitly ask the expert in our shop.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. Please refer to the product descriptions or contact us for specific advice.
